New NPC are supported
they will be considered as entity so with activators, PLAYER_CLICK_ON_ENTITY, PLAYER_RECEIVE_HIT_BY_ENTITY, ... , and entityCommands will work on them.
(exception : MOB_AROUND will still ignore NPC for safety, if you need a NPC_AROUND command suggest it

Save your configs before update in case you discover a bug ! We tested it during a longtime but for safety its better to save.

Main Improvement:
The editors and the loading of ExecutableBlocks have been considerably improved. I hope it will be easier for you to edit direclty in game.
And generally, for me now it will be easier to add new features and edit the editor in the future.

The usage feature of ExecutableBlocks stay now on the Block if it is broken. So if you have a block with 5 usage, you place it, you do some actionc that decreases the usage to 3, if you break it and place it again the block will keep its 3 usages. (before the usage was reset to 5)
The block is broken automatically if the usage reaches 0.
But if you want reset the usage when the block is broken you have now a feature for that (check the editor)
